This process is a guideline to be used when a brand partner requests access to Root for partner specific reports or faces issue with existing access to reports in Root.
Step-by-step guide
From perspective of Account management, below is requested to be initiated by the point of contact so that the access is properly setup or issue is fixed in a timely manner.
- New brand partner access
- Email itsupport@clearlink.com with details on the brand partner member including name, email address, brand name and what all reports need to be given access to. Model ID can also be given as reference in this email
- Access issue for an existing brand partner SSO/email
- Raise a problem ticket at data science portal: https://clearlink.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
