Hey all, meeting might not be necessary given time difference (and cost size) so sharing info via email re Atlassian licences:

• Trello - Total of 28 licences (21 workspace members, 7 multi-board guests) - $USD 3,359.72 per annum (cost with AU team).

• Confluence - Small number (approx. 10) people using a space on existing Clearlink licence (Cost sitting with Clearlink US). Expecting some further take-up, say, max 25 people toward end 2023.

• Bitbucket on-prem server licence for WhistleOut code repo - Actually $USD 11.00 according to last invoice (Cost with AU team). Anticipate we would move to cloud repo such as Github in time.
